Book "Ilham Aliyev: The Biography Continues" appearing in print in Moscow

The authors of the book are a prose writer, deputy of Milli Medjlis of Azerbaijan Guseynbala Miralamov and Russian writer Viktor Andriyanov. They present an objective description of the life of their hero.

Ilham Aliyev's biography covers the widehistorical background of the Societ and post-Soviet history. The authors presented the first fundamental work about the life and activity of President Ilham Aliyev, his formation as a state and political figure of new generaton, as well as his personal features.

The book covers all periods of his life including school years and years in the Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs, his scientific activity, work in the State Oil company, activity in the National Olympic Committee, Milli Medjlis, activity on the position of the Prime Minister of the country and as a President of Azerbaijan.

The book is rich in little known facts from the biography of the president, which help in better understanding  Ilham Aliyev's personality and analyzing his political understanding, aiming at the prosperity of the country and the nation and at raising international influence of the country.

A large chapter of the book is dedicated to President's family and his spiritual contacts with with the national leader of Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.

Guseynbala Miralamov noted that the book is about the four year activity of the president.

"We wanted to uncover the scale of President Ilham Aliyev's figure and familiarize the readers with his personality. We wanted to show the consequent formation of Ilham Aliyev's character, the state figure, worthy follower of the path of the national leader of Azerbaijan, great Heydar Aliyev.

We also wanted to show how the policy, successfully carried out by the President of Azerbaijan, is coming to life and relying not on words or slogans but on real actions, which are appreciated even by the most biassed observers. We do hope that this book will become a handbook of each Azerbaijani", Guseynbala Miralamov said.
