Announcement of indictment continues in Farhad Aliyev's trial

The public prosecutor continued reading the indictment. According to the indictment, Ferhad Aliyev privatized incomplete construction of Cenubsenayetikinti company and its 3250.0 sq m area.

Along with department chief of Department on Privatization of Public Property Mirmajid Ahmadov and officer of the department, his cousin Velikhan Aliyev Farhad Aliyev made a plan on privatizing the establishment by forged documents, APA reports.

Farhad Aliyev privatized sportswear shop in Sabayel district. The shop was privatized by Farhad Aliyev's relative and in fact became his property. Farhad Aliyev privatized 554.9 sq m unsettled area in Sabayel district. Using the same methods, forged documents were made fro privatization of Gafgaz trade house LLC. The area was leased to the trade house, and later sold to the company and misappropriated by Farhad Aliyev.

Farhad Aliyev also misappropriated state-run unsettled territory at the disposal of AzerTac Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency. He privatized Child's Polyclinics #1, Child's Polyclinics #3, Folk Medicine Center in Azadliq square and Physicians Training Institute in Yasamal district.

The process will continue on the second half of the day.
