Yunis Huseynov intends to stay in Karvan

FC Karvan took 7th place in 15th Azerbaijan championship. 42-year-old said legionnaire limit played important role in the failure.

"The decision on legionnaire limit passed at the eve of previous season affected us negatively. “3+2” limit and lack of local players made things difficult," he said.

Huseynov said he hasn't decided to prolong the deal with the club, APA reports.

"The deal has already expired. I haven’t decided whether to continue career in Karvan. I didn't discuss it with the club leadership. I intend to stay if the leadership offers profitable cooperation," he said.

Huseynov also commented on rumors about contracts with MKT-Araz and Inter.

"There were such rumors last year but none were realized," he said.
