2500 hectares of Fuzuli's area face danger of overflow

As a result of the rise of water level in the river Araz about 2500ha area of Fuzuli region along Azerbaijan-Iran border faced danger of overflow.

Fuzuli executive power officer Khanoglan Azimov told the APA Karabakh bureau that there are no settlements and sowing area in these territories.

"But the people use them as pastures. Overflow can cause damages of flora and fauna. If the level of water continues to rise, the villages of the region situated along Araz will face serious dangers," he said.
