ICRC representatives meet captured Azerbaijani soldier

Soldier's uncle Vidadi Mammadov told APA that Samir did not write a letter to his parents this time too.

ICRC' Office in Azerbaijan told the APA representatives of ICRC office in Armenia met Samir Mammadov on May 11, and interested in his psychological state and detention condition.

Samir Mammadov has recently applied to the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons through ICRC on his refusing to return to Azerbaijan and writing to his parents.
