Preparatory court proceeding on appeal on Haji Mammadov's gang to be held tomorrow

Only one convict Zakir Nasirov, former head of Crime Investigation Department, will attend the court proceeding.
Haji Mammadov is also expected to attend the proceeding. Samad Aliyev, lawyer for Haji Mammadov petitioned for his defendant's participation in the court proceeding.

The Court of Grave Crimes sentenced Haji Mammadov, Musa Dabiyev, Eldar Rehimov, Farhad Mammadbeyov, Aslanbek Chintamirov, Malik Mammadov, Husain Abdulvahabov (confiscation of properties), Zakir Nasirov (confiscation of properties, deprival of state title and awards), Kamil Sedreddinov (confiscation of properties, deprival of state title) and Yagir Mammadov to life imprisonment.
 
Nizami Abdullayev (confiscation of property), Sidek Abdulvahabov, Rovshen Agayev were sentenced to 15 years, Naile Guliyeva (confiscation of property) to 13 years, Edalet Asadullayev, Novruz Nuriyev to 12 years, Aligulu Guliyev, Nishad Ismayilov (confiscation of property) to 10 years, Faig Guliyev, Elchin Aliyev (Confiscation of property) to 9 years, Mehman Hasanov, Fariz Hamidov, Elshen Mirzayev to 8 years in jail.
