Azerbaijani students to meet in European Parliament's building

The second annual conference of Azerbaijani Students in Europe (FASE) is to be held in Brussels on May 14-16.

About 100 Azerbaijani students are expected to attend the conference to be held at European Parliament's building, FASE general secretary Vusal Mammadov told APA. European Parliament, Azerbaijani parliament representatives, also the representative of Azerbaijan permanent mission to EU will attend the meeting as guest.

The major discussion topic will be "Future: Wishes, Thoughts, Projects and Challenges." The debates on EU integration of Azerbaijan and mobile meetings on lobbying Azerbaijan integration into EU will be held correspondingly on May 14 and May 15.

Members of European parliament, European Commission, Brussels's brain centers and scientific research institutes, NATO representatives will take part in the meetings. The meetings will cover Azerbaijan students' education opportunities in Europe, strengthening EU-Azerbaijan relations, Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict.

Azerbaijan Embassy and German parliament members will promote a meeting to be held in the German Bundestag on April 19-20.
