Azerbaijani sentenced to 24 years in jail in Russia

Azerbaijani faces charges of killing two underage children, APA reports.

According to the investigation materials Nazar Mammadov learned that his acquaintance – woman had much money and in her absence came to her home.

The women's children permitted Nazar Mammadov to enter home as they knew him. Criminal Nazar Mammadov tied up the 13 year-old boy and 9-year-old girl then throttled them with electric wire seizing money from home.

According to court verdict, Nazar Mammadov will be held in the tight prison.
