Legal process on Eynulla Fatullayev

Fatullayev's lawyer Isakhan Ashurov protested court composition, saying judge Ismayilov's tenure was over. The court dismissed the lawyer's solicitation.

Then Tatiana Chaladze, the representative of the claimants, presented the arguments confirming that Khojaly residents were insulted.

Ashurov noted that the arguments are groundless. According to him, the arguments have been taken from internet and have no relation to Eynulla Fatulayev.

The trial was fixed to April 16, APA reports.
