Court to pass decision on Eynulla Fatullayev

Yasamal Court presided over by Judge Isa Ismayilov continued the proceeding on the case of Eynulla Fatullayev, investigator of Khojali tragedy, founder of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper and editor-in-chief.

Defendants did not attend the court proceeding. Moreover, the witnesses gave testimony against Eynulla Fetullayev who is accused of harming honour, decency and business image.

The court will pass it decision on April 6, APA reports.
