President Aliyev issues order on monumental sculpture works, memorial and architectural complexes

The preamble part of the executive order says that its has been issues to conform general aesthetic view of monumental sculpture works, memorial and architectural complexes to national moral values, as well as to ensure reconstruction of the places where they are situated.

According to the executive order, Baku Mayor's Office and relevant bodies are to prepare proposals about Martyrs' Alley and submit to the president within a month.

Culture and Tourism Ministry, Baku Mayor's Office, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and other related organizations are charged with carrying out necessary activities under the executive order.

The Cabinet is to take necessary measures to ensure execution of the decree on "Establishing monument to Dede Gorgud and 'Dede Gorgud world' historical-ethnographic complex," President's press service told the APA.
