Murder in Gobustan jail

Murder happened in Gobustan jail yesterday, Garadagh district Prosecutor Tariyel Gurbanov told.

He said that the prisoners Isa Aliyev (sentenced to 15 years) and Tarlan Aliyev (sentenced to 18 years) killed the other prisoner Bayram Rahimov (sentenced to 15 years).

Criminal case was launched on the fact in Garadagh prosecutor's Office on Article 120.2.1 (premeditated murder by organized group) of the Criminal Code. The case is being investigated.

Justice Ministry's Penitentiary Service confirmed the fact. The service said that the fact is being investigated in Garadagh district Prosecutor's Office, APA reports.
