The court on Eynulla Fetullayev's appeal case adjourned

Eynulla Fetullayev said that preparation meeting was adjourned till December 4, because his representative Isakhan Ashurov was ill.

According to the appeals by Ramil Usubov, Minister of Interior Affairs, Eynulla Fetullayev got a two year suspended sentence. The Minister's appeal against court's decision was not declared admissible.

The reason of the Minister's appeal to the court was the article "Bankruptcy of Antibiotic." The Minister claims that the article insults his honor and dignity, APA reports.
