3 Russians jailed for racially motivated attack on Azeri

Three Russian teenagers were sentenced to brief prison terms for involvement in attacks on foreign nationals in St. Petersburg.

The men were sentenced to 3.5, 3 and 2 years in prison respectively for their role in several racially motivated attacks and inciting racial hatred. Their accomplice was found guilty of an assault on a national of Azerbaijan and ordered to pay a fine of 20,000 rubles. Interfax
