IAU students appealed to Mayor's Office

The students of Independent Azerbaijan University (IAU) appealed to Baku Mayor's Office for placing picket outside the University building and Education Ministry (EM).

The aim of the picket is to restore the students' rights for education, Vugar Suleymanov, the member of Students' Rights Defense Committee told the APA.

Suleymanov said that Court of Appeal met their complaints concerning the decision of Nerimanov District Court. Judges Bahram Shukurov and Ilgar Abdullayev abandoned Nerimanov District Court decision.

Suleymanov said that Nerimanov Court did not consider the claim of the students against Education Ministry and IAU administration.
