Hussain Abdulvahabov: "Boris Eyyubov gave US $10 000 to Haji Mammadov for releasing Chechen a.k.a Vakha"

Defendant Hussain Abdulvahabov answered the questions of public prosecutors. He said that he was in close relation with Rena Nesibova. "Haji Mammadov lied saying that Rena was a member of his gang," he said.

Then answering the questions of the public prosecutors Haji Mammadov said that Abdulvahabov’s testimony is not sincere. He also said that Abdulvahabov committed more crimes than the investigation knows.

Then Hussain Abdulvahabov answered Adil Ismayilov's questions. "I broke off relation with Shirkhan Albiyev because of Haji Mammadov. Shirkhan was not any more the man I knew before. He changed a lot. Boris Eyyubov gave US $10 000 to Haji Mammadov through him to release a Chechen a.k.a Vakha. Shirkhan said he wants to get the money back from Haji Mammadov. I said that he has no right to do it. He accused me of defending Azerbaijanis. When Shirkhan was missing I was the first man to be accused, because I once said that I will not forgive him if he bothers Haji," Abdulvahabov said.

At the end of the trial the judge asked the defendants whether they underwent pressure during the investigation or not. Kamil Sadreddinov, Adalet Asadullayev, Aslanbek Chentamirov, Rovshan Agayev and Musa Dabuyev said that they underwent physical tortures.

The court will announce its decision on torture facts tomorrow, APA reports.
