Supreme Court judges held seminar

Seminar for the Supreme Court judges with the support of the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) was held in 'Crescent Beach' hotel, on October 24. The event brought together judges for civil cases and economic lawsuits in the Supreme Court.

In his speech, Hikmat Mirzayev, Chairman of the judicial collegiums on the cases concerning economic disputes told of purposeful reforms being implemented in the judicial area, as well as close relations between Azerbaijan and Germany in this field.

Professor of Freiburg University of Germany Gerhard Holoh delivered report on the court system and responded to the questions. AzerTAg
