Court of Appeal kept in force its decision on one year arrest of Shahin Agabeyli

The trial on the appeal of Shahin Agabeyov, the editor-in-chief and founder of Milli Yol newspaper finished in Court of Appeal today.

The court presided by Judge Latif Nabiyev kept in force Nasimi district Court’s decision on one year arrest of Shahin Agabeyli.

The journalist did not agree with court's decision and said that he will appeal Supreme Court, APA reports.

Nasimi district Court sentenced Shahin Agabeyli to one year in prison by parliamentarian Arif Rehimzadeh's special claim.
