Alihuseyn Shaliyev's Rights Defend Committee to be established

"We appealed human rights defenders on this matter. We will give more information inone or two days."

Elovsat Aliyev, human rights defender said that Shaliyev's rights were violated. He said his family did not take part in the post-mortem examination of his body.

"His lawyers were not informed about accusations against Shaliyev. I will involve the community in this problem if necessary." he said.

Shaliyev committed suicide in the Justice Ministry Penalty Service Treatment center on August 24A criminal case was launched on the fact in Baku Prosecutor's Office on Criminal Code article 125.
