Strong lightening recorded in Absheron peninsula at the night October 3 to 4

Umayra Tagiyeva, Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry (ENRM) National Hydrometeorology Department bureau chief told the APA that non-peculiar lightening is observed in Absheron peninsula this year. "This kind of lightening is peculiar to mountainous areas and is rarely observed together with rain. The account of rain is twice below the monthly norm," Tagiyeva said.
