Aligulu Guliyev: "Haji Mammadov said he killed Azer Mammadov for his rudeness"

The trial process started with Haji Mammadov's lawyer Samad Aliyev's complaint. He said he was checked by National Security Ministry Investigation Department investigator after the meeting with his client. Then public prosecutor stated the controversial points in defendant Eldar Rahimov's testimonies to the investigation and the court. Rahimov did not confirm Naile Guliyeva's testimonies to the preliminary investigation.

"Public prosecutor made me to base my statements on Naile Guliyeva's testimonies. He cheated me and made me go against her. I knew her as the hostess of the house in Keshle but not as criminal," Rehimov said. He also said his testimonies about Guliyeva's participation in Nazim Pashayev's and his driver's murder and participation in the discussion of Rovshan Aliyev’s murder plan was false.

Then Haji Mammadov answered Zakir Nasirov's lawyer Adil Ismayilov's questions. After him defendant Aligulu Guliyev was heard.

"Haji Mammadov ordered me to meet with Azer Ismayilov under the false name. He gave me US $300 to implement this plan. I told Ismayilov that my nephew is drug abuser and called him to Haji Mammadov's house in Saray village. Farhad Mammadov brought him to the house. I do not know anything more. I heard about Ismayilov's murder from Haji Mammadov. He said I should keep silence and he killed Azer Mammadov for his rudeness," Guliyev said, APA reports.
