Caucasian Muslims Office declares the start of holy Ramadan

As APA reports, the moon of holy Ramadan can come out on 24-25 September, and therefore, fasting starts on 24 September.

The OCM appealed to President Ilham Aliyev for celebration of holy Ramadan holiday for two days. The Cabinet of Ministers decided to declare 23-24 October holiday by the head of state's order.

The OCM is going to publish booklet for fasting Muslim. The booklet contains information on the holy Ramadan, daily prayers, timetable, rules of fasting and other useful information.

The booklets will be distributed free of charge.
