Vasili Istratov: "RTR channel introduction of Nagorno Karabakh does not mean changed position of Russia"

Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasili Istratov commented on the Russian RTR TV channel's recent introduction of Nagorno Karabakh as an independent state.

The Ambassador told journalists that this is the channel position, so, it should not be regarded as changed position of Russia regarding the Nagorno Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
