Press Council chief to attend WAPC conference

The conference of the World Association of Press Councils (WAPC) will be held in Bulgaria on September 13-17, 2006.

Azerbaijan's Press Council chief Aflatun Amashov will also take part in the conference, the chief told the APA. He said they will discuss the activities of media outlets during the year and the experiences of European press councils.

He also said he will offer Azerbaijan's hosting a WAPC conference
