Average monthly temperature to be above norms in September

The Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry National Hydrometeorological Office bureau head Umayra Taghiyeva told the APA.

The amount of rains will be in norm in most parts of the country and a little bit below the norms in some regions in September.

It will be 35+38+ in Baku and Absheron peninsula early this month and 28+32+ in the end. North-western wind will be substituted by southern wind sometimes.

It will be 33+38+ in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the first ten-day of September and 27+30+ in the end of the month. The amount of monthly rain will be in norm.
