Zakir Garalov: "We found Haji Mammadov's name in a personal telephone book in Farhad Aliyev's office"

Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said Tuesday he will look into the allegations and issue what he says will be an objective conclusion.

Garalov says investigators have already found the name of the alleged killer, Haji Mammadov, in a personal telephone book in Aliyev's office.

Mammadov testified last month that Aliyev ordered him to him to kill Husseynov.

Aliyev was fired as economic development minister last year, shortly before he was arrested for allegedly taking part in a failed coup against President Ilham Aliyev, who is no relation to the former official.
