Former Health Minister Ali Insanov sues "Yeni Yol" newspaper

As APA reports the newspaper has written that during his office, Ali Insanov misappropriated medicine brought to Azerbaijan for diabetes mellitus patients.

"In fact, these medications were distributed to Azerbaijani patients free of charge without participation of the Health Ministry through financial opportunity of Finance Ministry Main Treasury. Therefore, the defendant will appeal to court demanding refutation of these false reports," his lawyer said.

Insanov's health condition is not stable.
