Elchin Behbudov meets Supreme Court chairman

Azerbaijan's Supreme Court chairman Ramiz Rzayev will receive Elchin Behbudoiv, head of the Committee Against Torture.

As APA reports, he appealed to the Supreme Court for meeting with Rzayev several days ago.

"I intend to talks with Mr.Rayev about the life-term prisoners of Gobustan jail, who are demanding commuting their punishment to 15-year of imprisonment and convey their demand to the Supreme Court chairman," the human rights activist said.
