Ministry press service has told APA that the list has been confirmed in Board of Ministry. According to the list 14 groups were given privileges:
1. Great Patriotic War handicapped and participants
2. Handicapped of I and II groups , II group handicapped-50%
3. Handicapped and participants of Karabakh war
4. People participating in Chernobyl AES disaster
5. Participants of Afghan war
6. People suffered during 20th January events
7. Aged lonely people
8. Juveniles and military call ups
9. Refugees and IDPs
10. Medical employees
11. Martyr's family members
12. Diabetic patients
13. Education employees (periodical treatment term)
14. Pensioners (men above 65, women above 60)
It was informed from the Ministry that, giving privilege should be implemented in conformity with the rules prepared by the Ministry of Health.
