President replaces rector of Baku Pedagogical University

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued decree April 21 to release Bahlul Agayev from the post of the rector of the Baku Pedagogical University.

In compliance with another presidential decree, Yusif Mammadov was appointed to this post, Trend reports.
