Ecology Ministry to work within the frames of International Earth Day

The Ecology and Natural resources Ministry will carry out works within the frames of the international Earth day that is celebrated annually April 22 in many countries of the world.

Planting of greenery, Saturday social works, and other actions will be held around the country, the Ministry told Trend.

The first action to be taken will be planting of 10.000 trees in Shemakha district with the participation of the Ecology Minister, Huseyn Bagirov. The forest will be planted on territory of 3 hectares.

The similar action will take place in Dede Qorqud park in the Narimanov district of the capital.

"Everyone can take part in the action," the Minister concluded.
