International Red Cross Committee Conducts Training for Defense Ministry

As Trend reports, the trainings cover the issues of protection of military conflicts casualties, military action rules and limitations, etc.

William Bau, Regional representative for work with military forces, IRCC?, took part in opening of the courses; 15 officers were participating in the training run. This is the third training in a row IRCC leads since early March 2005.

The trainings are led as per agreement signed with the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, IRCC officials said.
