Ombudsman of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova met with Marco Barsotti

Commissioner for Human Rights of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova has received resident–coordinator of UNO, UNO Development Program (DP) Head in our country Marco Barsotti.

As APA reports, the Ombudsman has appreciated UNO DP's great support in founding of Ombudsman office in Azerbaijan and establishment of three regional centers.

Speaking of the future plans of the center Ombudsman pointed out creation of regional centers to be the main issues in the agenda. Mr.Barsotti said that Ombudsman implements significant activity in the direction of restoration of human rights and freedom.
