In the list where the XIII world champion Harry Kasparov was not included, Vishvanatan Anand from India is the second (2803), the holder of the World Cup Levon Aronyan from Armenia is the third (2756).
There are two our compatriots among the 20 strongest grand masters. Teymur Rajabov who ended the traditional Linares tournament in the second place advanced to the 13th place in the list. Shahriyar Mammadyarov (2699) fell behind to the 19th place.
Another Azerbaijani grand master Vugar Hashimov (2644) is at the 66th place. T.Rajabov heads the list of the 20 strongest young chess-players of the world. V.Hashimov is the 8th, Gadir Huseynov 10th in this list.
