Congress of the Azerbaijanis living in Georgia will be held shortly.

As APA reports, Georgian MP, head of United Alliance of Georgian Azerbaijanis, Kamal Mukhtarov, saying he spoke with Mikhail Saakashvili, stated that the president permitted to hold the congress.
