An action brought by Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh against SCRI Chair Rafig Aliyev

As APA reports, the case will be reviewed in the Sabael district court and chaired by the judge Ilham Aghayev.

It should be noted that CMB accused Mr.Aliyev, the chair of the State Committee for Religious Issues, of violating the 12th article of the law "On religious belief freedom".

Aliyev is also accused of registering the "Sheikh Zahid" sanctuary situated in Lenkoran as a religious establishment without having a presentation of CMB.

The Caucasian Muslims Board demanded to annul registration of the "Sheikh Zahid" sanctuary and consider invalid the certificate granted to it. Mustafayev also said that Mr.Aliyev has illegally registered over 150 religious communities so far.
