Arif Babayev: "Investigation on Haji Mammadov case is over"

The investigation on all the members of the criminal gang, led by the ex-director of Crime Investigation Department, Interior Ministry, Haji Mammadov, is over.

As APA reports, the spokesman of the National Security Ministry (MNS) Arif Babayev told that 300-volume criminal case on the accused was being familiarized.

"We have made this gang public. As you know, the gang was involved in deliberate manslaughter, kidnapping and other grave crimes for a long time," said Mr.Babayev. "The gang was neutralized during the MNS special operation carried out under code name "Black Belt," he added.
