Justice Ministry's two high-rankers are arested

Republic Prosecutor's Office press service informed that former deputy chief of Justice Ministry Main Office for Execution of Court Decisions, Gulmammad Mammadov and former chief of Finance Service of Guard Regiment, Rafeddin Rustamov were arrested.

Mammadov was charged under Criminal Code's articles – 308 and 309 (exceeding one's authority), Rustamov under 313 (counterfeiting documents in the power), 179.3.1, 179.3.2 (embezzling public property). These people are detained in Bayilov jail #1.
Investigation Department for Grave Crimes is conducting preliminary investigation into the case, APA informs.
