Head of DSCS in Nakhchivan appointed

DSCS functions as legal entity on the base of the regulations, come into force on 12 December 2005, Trend reports referring to a news releasse spread by the Department.

It was established at the 22 September 2005 Presidential decree on organization of activities of DSCS in the Nakhchivan AR. This is a structural subunit of the State Committee on Securities. The goal of DSCS is to pursue state policy, manage and regulate development and formation of securities market, defense of investors' rights.
