First Lady visits schools in Astara and Lenkeran

Accorfing to AzerTAg, Mrs. Aliyeva visited a newly built middle school in Tangarud village in Astara. During her conversation here with teaching staff and students, she let them know that two more schools had been built under the auspices of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in back mountain villages of Astara region. "All of them have a central heating system," the First Lady added. She also visited Tangarud's old school, where advised that a project on its reconstruction is also envisaged. Later on the same day, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva arrived in Shaglakucha village in Lankaran to examine a new school built here under the same project.

On behalf of the Foundation, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva handed school facilities over to both schools.
