Heydar Aliyev monument to be rected in Moscow

The issue of the monument mounting has been coordinated with the Chief Architecture and Planning Administration of Moscow and, particularly, with the principal Moscow architect Alexander Kuzmin. The issues of financing and preparation of the draft of the monument are currently under discussion.

The monument is supposed to be erected in front of the "Baku" movie theater.
