1 mln 350 thousand tourists visited Azerbaijan last year

Increase in the number of tourists visiting Azerbaijan by 20-30 percent with every year testifies that Azerbaijan may turn into the Caucasian center of tourism.

According to statistics, 1 Mln 350 thousands tourists visited Azerbaijan in 2004. This is by 150 thousands people more than expected.

The most part of tourists is from CIS member states, the United States, Great Britain, France, Iran and China.
