Standards in bread making improved in Azerbaijan

Within the next one month, Azerbaijan will harden state standards on bread making, head of the Committee’s Department of Standardization & Technical Regulation Namig Tagiyev said.

To him, at present, there are 4 national standards related to bread making: ‘Those standards are under improvement and the works will be completed within one month. From now on, bread making will be carried out in accordance with demands of these standards’.

Tagiyev said the change, made to current standard, would be connected with packaging of bread: ‘There are serious problems in bread packaging. That is why in order to eliminate these problems we have to apply this standard’.
