Samvel Nikoyan elected Armenian Parliament Speaker

Samvel Nikyan was elected Speaker of the Armenian Parliament on Tuesday. The parliamentary opposition Heritage Party proposed its own nominee, too, as Party leader Raffi Hovannisian nominated Heritage MP Larisa Alaverdyan to this post, News.am reported. A special session may be convened during which Deputy Speaker will be elected.
