Azerbaijani prisoner’s hand to be cut off in Iran

A terrible judgment passed over an Azerbaijani prisoner in Iran will be executed. The Tehran Appeals Court confirmed the decision of the court.

Earlier, the court passed a judgment according to Articles 198 and 201 of the Islamic Penal Code to cut off the hand of an Azerbaijani called Yashar, who had stolen money from the bakery. The judgment will be executed by the executive body of the court.
