II Turkish World Law Congress due in Istanbul

On November 14-16 Istanbul is to host the II Turkish World Law Congress to be attended by representatives from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the Northern Cyprus, the Tatarstan and Bashkortostan Autonomies of the Russian Federation.

The Congress to be opened by vice-premier of Turkey Bekir Bozdag will also be joined by Azerbaijani law professor Edalet Hasanov, associate professors of the Gafgaz University (Baku) Farhad Mehdiyev and Mubariz Yolchiyev.

Participants of the 3-day Congress will hear lectures on the history of legal system in the Turkic world, its present state, problems and issues of cooperation of the jurists from the Turkish speaking countries.
