Tbilisi hosts int’l conference on climate change

The Seventh International Conference on Climate Change will be held at the "Sheraton Metekhi Palace" Hotel in Tbilisi on Nov.10-11.

The conference "Adaptation to Climate Changes - Challenges and Opportunities in the Caucasus" is organized by the Caucasus Regional Center for Environment Protection. The conference aims to discuss the problems associated with climate change and exchange of experiences in target groups and increase of knowledge.

The conference will bring together representatives of the Environment Protection Ministry, Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry, Energy and Natural Resources Ministry, Foreign Ministry, the EU delegation, embassies, international organizations and academic circles.

The conference is held with financial assistance of the Ministry of Environment Protection, Forestry and Agriculture of Liechtenstein.
