New candidate to replace sport minister of Armenia

Alhtough Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Artur Petrosyan has not resigned from office, the paper says it has learned from sources that he is going to step down, Tert.am reported.

As a likely candidate to replace him, it mentions the name of Vahram Arakelyan, the rector of the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture.
