A cargo plane with humanitarian aid from Israel arrived in Turkey today after a massive earthquake on Oct. 23, the Aksam newspaper said.

Besides food and medical supplies, five prefabricated houses were also delivered. The embassy spokesman Nizar Amir said that three more aircrafts with humanitarian supplies will arrive from Israel in the nearest future.

This morning, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations has sent another batch of aid to Turkish province of Van.

The ministry has already sent 250 tents, 700 sleeping field kits, 3,000 blankets, 2,000 sleeping sets, and two field kitchens to the disaster zone. About 213 Azerbaijani rescuers operate on the scene.
