Turkey to host Black Sea energy forum on Nov.

The third Black Sea Energy & Economic Forum will take place in Istanbul on November 17 and 18.

The forum will be held jointly by Turkish government and Atlantic Council's Dinu Patriciu Eurasia Center, and with the support of many regional and international institutions.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan, Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek, Minister for EU Affairs Egemen Bagis, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State William Burns, Iraqi Deputy Premier for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani and several high level officials will attend the forum.

Participants will discuss energy and economy in the Black Sea region during the forum which will begin with the opening remarks of Babacan on November 17.
